Bada Bing Bada Boom!
My ‘Study on Figs’ is now complete after trying to make use some of my spare time whenever I can get over the last two and a half weeks. You got to love figs. They are sweet & full of fibre. They are so versatile when it comes to adding into your cooking. You can eat it raw, bake it, dried it, grill it, poach it, toast it or toss them into your salad. Hmmmm-mmm*
Too bad that when they are in season, they make such a short appearance on the shelves at any grocery store.
